Are all party hosts CRB checked?

All party hosts have undergone an enhanced DBS check, are fully insured and have experience working with children.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all London and Croydon post codes anything booking outside that area will include a small additional cost for fuel allowance or congestion charge where applicable.

Any London booking that involves crossing the congestion zone or

Zone 1 will have a small additional cost for travel or the congestion charge

How much space will I need?

All you need is a room with good lighting and space for table and chairs to accommodate the guests, we will do the rest!

Will I be charged for party guests.that do not attend?

There is a mandatory payment for the first 8 guests, after the 8th guest you will not be obligated to pay for any guest that is absent providing the booking is for under 15. please contact us directly for larger bookings relating to this query.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

A 30% deposit is required when booking and the remaining payment will be collected on the day of the party via cash or bank transfer the day before.

All deposit payments should be made via bank transfer please contact us before making a booking to confirm availability.

What are the cancellation terms?

Bookings can be cancelled and fully refunded with no less than 3 weeks before the party date or a 50% refund no less than 2 weeks before the party date
